Every FXLeagues competition runs on the same transparent rules. Read them in full before you enter — specific limits are listed on each league page.
Trading conditions
Stop loss on every position
AllowedAll open trades must carry a stop loss within the league's risk limits.
Take profit orders
AllowedTake profit levels are permitted and encouraged for disciplined exits.
Pending orders
AllowedLimit and stop entry orders are allowed within eligible markets.
Exceeding max leverage
Not allowedTrading above the league's stated maximum leverage is not permitted.
Strategies
Manual discretionary trading
AllowedTrading based on your own analysis and decisions is fully allowed.
Expert Advisors (EAs)
Not allowedAutomated trading bots are restricted in most leagues — check the league rules.
Latency / arbitrage exploits
Not allowedStrategies exploiting pricing latency or feed errors are prohibited.
Copy trading other entrants
Not allowedMirroring another competitor's account is not allowed.
Risk & conduct
Staying within max drawdown
AllowedBreaching the league's maximum drawdown results in disqualification.
One account per competitor
Not allowedMultiple entries by the same person in a single league are not permitted.
Fair-play conduct
Not allowedCollusion, account sharing or manipulation of results is prohibited.
Rule breach examples
Drawdown breach
An account falls below the league's maximum drawdown floor — disqualified immediately, even mid-competition.
Leverage breach
A position is opened above the stated maximum leverage for the league.
Prohibited strategy
Use of EAs where not permitted, arbitrage, or latency exploitation.
Multiple accounts
The same person enters a single league more than once to increase their odds.
Payout rules
- Prizes are ranked by verified return at league close.
- Results are checked against the trading server before payout.
- Winners must complete identity and payout verification.
- Payouts are made within the timeline stated on each league.
Appeals process
If you believe a disqualification or result is incorrect, you can submit an appeal within 7 days of the league closing. Appeals are reviewed against trade logs and server data, and a written decision is provided. Full details are set out in the Competition Rules.
